NIGHTLY LODGING RATES*

• Weekdays (Mon-Fri. nights): $140, double occupancy

• Weekends (Sat.-Sun. nights): $150, double occupancy

• Holidays* (early arrival & late departure available): $150, double occupancy with 3-night minimum to reserve

• Additional guests are $25 EACH, per night extra.

• Tax: 10% State and Word Tax will be added to your lodging bill.

Please note that a 2-night minimum is required between April and September, except for holiday weekends, when a 3-night minimum is required. No pets please.

 

A $50/person refundable damage Deposit and the first night's lodging are required to hold any Reservation.  The Deposit will be returned within 10 business days after departure or return of the key; whichever is greater.  The Deposit refund may be adjusted to cover expenses for unpaid guests, breakage, damage, missing items or additional cleaning as determined by the cleaning service.

• You may charge the first night and damage deposit to your credit card with PayPal, the online merchant service.  Please send an email from your PRIMARY EMAIL ADDRESS, to info@TerrapinRiverLoft.com and we'll reply with a PayPal money request to collect for lodging and the damage deposit.  When your payment is received, we'll send you a receipt and confirming email. 

• Bank money orders can be mailed (we suggest USPS Priority mail w/delivery confirmation) up to 2 weeks in advance to:

By sending your deposit through PayPal or Check, you are confirming that you have read and agree to comply with our policies, terms and conditions (see below).

LOW-SEASON AND EXTENDED STAY DISCOUNTS:

• Weekly rate: $750/7 days, double occupancy (Save 25%)

• Weekly Extra Guest: $125/7 days, per person (get 2 nights free)

• Winter rates are discounted 25% off. 

• Winter season is October through March.

LAST MINUTE TRAVEL DISCOUNT

 

If the Loft has not been reserved by  Thursday prior to the weekend, we will waive the 2-night summer minimum or the holiday 3-night minimum.  Please call 830-226-5194 to see if the Loft can be available for your Last-Minute get away!

 

FREQUENT TRAVELER PROGRAM

 

Stay at Terrapin River Loft 4 weekends and get the 5th weekend free. All 5 weekends must be within a 24-month period.

 

 

HOLIDAY DATES

 

Holiday rates are the same as our weekend rates (even for Fridays and Mondays), and apply on the weekends closest to the following holidays:

• Easter

• Memorial Day

• Independence Day

• Labor Day

• Thanksgiving Day

• Christmas Day

RESTRICTIONS:

 

Please note that a 3-night minimum is required to reserve the Loft for these weekends, but if not reserved, Last Minute Travel discounts apply.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• 100%* of the Pre-paid Damage Deposits will be refunded, if cancelled before arrival. 

• If canceling more than 60 days prior to your reserved date, 100%* of your lodging deposit will be returned in full. 

• If canceling between 60 and 30 days prior to your reserved date, 50%* of your lodging deposit will be refunded. The other 50% will be retained on account with Terrapin River Loft.  You can reschedule to an available date within the same year, without losing the value of the retained deposit.

• If canceling with less than 30 days prior to your reserved date, 50% of your lodging deposit will be forfeited.  The other 50% will be retained on account with Terrapin River Loft.  You can reschedule to an available date within the same year, without losing the value of that portion of the deposit.

* Note that the 3% Paypal service fee is not refundable if payment is more than 60 days old.  
 

Terms and Conditions of Lodging Agreement
 

• Check in time is 2:00 PM, check out time is 12:00 Noon, unless advanced arrangements have been made.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

• The maximum total number of guests on the property is 5.

• Unpaid guests are not permitted.  Day visitors on the property for longer than 4 hours will be charged the extra guest rate. Overnight visitors (no minimum number of hours) will charged the extra guest rate.

• Robes and Loft furnishings are provided for use during your stay. Please leave these items in the Loft when you check out.

• River Towels are in the basket by the door. Please leave Bath towels inside the loft.

• Water is a precious commodity, so we try to maximize the use of items before washing. If you wish your towel to be washed, please give it to the owner. If you can re-use a towel, hang it on a towel bar.

• Trash can be placed in the large receptacle next to carport; please close cover.

• Smoking is permitted outside only. Ashtrays are provided on the balcony.

• Outdoor cooking is not allowed on the river-side deck. A gas grill is available on the balcony. Please be sure to turn off the gas when finished with its use.

• Glass and Styrofoam are not permitted in or on the banks of the Guadalupe River (including the river-side deck).

• Park under carport; do not block either garage door.

• Refrain from outdoor music after 11 pm.

• Please notify owners promptly of any maintenance or repairs needed.

• Return the key to the owner if on site, otherwise, leave key on the dining table and lock the door behind you when you check out.

The Deposit will be returned within 10 business days after departure or return of the key; whichever is greater.

The Deposit refund may be adjusted to cover expenses for unpaid guests. breakage, damage or additional cleaning as determined by the cleaning service, or for unpaid guests.

All guests (and the legal guardian of under-age guests) will be required to sign the Liability Waiver form when they check in:

I, the undersigned, attest that my age is at least 18 years old, or that I am accompanied by my parent or legal guardian, and understand that I am signing a contract with financial responsibility.  If I am the parent or guardian of an under-age guest, I agree to be held financially responsible for their compliance with this contract.  I understand and accept the risks involved in traveling to and staying in the Texas Hill Country.  I understand that there are always inherent risks involved with being in the vicinity of heights, rocks and water as well as rural wildlife and plant life.  I will make sure everyone in my party is aware of these risks and will make sure that everyone will be responsible for himself or herself.  I understand that Terrapin River Loft and owners are not liable or responsible for theft or injury to me; my guests or anyone in my party.  Hazards and risks of injury from such hazards may include, but are not limited to:

• Drowning or injury by water

• Stairs, steps, and variations in elevation;

• Slippery or steep slopes and treacherous terrain

• Loose rock and dirt on property, hillsides and trails

• Low hanging limbs and brush

• Poisonous plant life like Poison Ivy or Poison Oak

• Effects of the sun

• Biting and/or stinging wildlife and insects

• Theft or damage of personal property
